I started teaching high-impact aerobics when I was in college in 1989. Since then I have taught cycle, aqua, low impact, strength, and senior fitness classes for nearly 30 years! Now I am a 500-HR RYT yoga instructor, and have taught Yoga for about 15 years. Wellness is a way of life for me, in every way. I have studied nutrition for years and only eat organic foods with little to no meat. When I teach a class I try to share as much knowledge as possible to help motivate my students reach their fitness goals.
