From an early age Tai has been interested in helping people and making a change in the world. From various volunteer projects to majoring in psychology at York University she struggled to find her exact calling. It wasn’t until one cold and snowy day in February 2008 that Tai was first introduced to hot yoga!
It was love at first savasana for Tai, the heat, the sweat, and the challenging postures got her hooked. But the more she practiced the more yoga became a therapeutic experience that impacted her life in ways she never expected. Having seen the benefits she personally experienced her hot yoga hobby turned into an addiction.
Following her heart she decided that the yogic path was a journey she wanted to take. In June 2012 she took and successfully completed the Moksha Yoga teacher training program in Victoria. This experienced allowed Tai to be reintroduced to herself in a way she never imagined, finding a better sense of being complete. Since then she has taken additional training under the guidence of various senior teacher to further develop herself. Just recently she has completed her 500 certifed hour training and will be apply for her RYT 500hr designation. She currently teaches at Moksha Yoga Brampton and Square One in additional to serveral private corporate sessions, in addition to running an all womens charity fitness program.
