I am a Certified Personal Trainer for Gold's Gym and NPC Figure competitor. My goal is to transform lives everyday!

Why I Got Started:
I've been athletic and competitive my whole life, but in 2008 I had to undergo major neck surgery, fusing my C6 and C& vertebrae. This forced me to get out of the gym and I quickly got out of shape. In 2010, after being "released" to do all activities, I started training with Sherry. From there it has been a constant journey of healing and growing.

Why I Love It: 
I absolutely fell in love with the challenge of competing in figure competitions. I always made staying in shape a priority, but I am by nature very competitive so getting on stage and competing with other amazing women and myself is a huge rush for me. I'm my own toughest critic, so I'm constantly improving something.
