Am a certified bodyworker, licensed in the State of Illinois. since 2004, received certification at the National Level in 2004

Certified yoga teacher at 200hr. and 500 hr. Yoga Therapy levels through the Pranakriya Yoga School of Healing Arts. 

Am near completion for RYT at 500 hr. level. completing remaining 3 modules in 2014.

Teaching advanced anatomy course for Pranakryia Yoga Therapy School beginning in the summer of 2014 on the myofascial system as it applies to Yoga.

Teach 5 classes per week, offering Gentle, Yin Yoga, Level 2 Yoga, and Yoga for Men.
