Juliet has been passionately involved in the field of fitness for over 12 years. She started training in Tae Kwon Do at 12 years old, and taught youth and adult classes throughout her high school career and some college years. She has been working in yoga studios and has been organizing fitness classes in her communities for the last 5 years. Juliet also has experience in weight loss, having lost over 40 lbs in 2012 by practicing yoga and working weekly with a personal trainer. This accomplishment inspired Juliet to become a personal trainer, Spin instructor and yoga instructor herself, currently teaching as many as 20 classes per week. She studies with Lotus Gardens Yoga School in Sherman, CT, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training. Juliet’s mission as a fitness professional is to demonstrate the benefits of yoga and fitness training by being a living example of powerful health and vibrancy, and to increase people's quality of life. She strives to transform the world one healthy body at a time.
