- Rachel Young
Rachel Young has been teaching many different formats since 1999, including Zumba, Tabata Bootcamp, step aerobics, body sculpting, water aerobics, cardio kickboxing, core fitness, cycling, hip hop, stretching and contemporary dance. She has a BA in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Dance, and a Master's in Counseling. Rachel brings her passion for movement and deep understanding of the body and human behavior to her students in order to help iginite their own zeal for health and fitness.
