Getting people fit is my passion. I consider it a privledge to be in this business. And, not a day goes by that I am not thankful for it. I am one of those trainers who loves to talk fitness and wellness with anybody. My specialty lies in small group "boxing bootcamp" style workouts, kettlebells and funtional training. I believe that fitness is about the pursuit of wellness, rather than vanity. The mirror is good to a strong flexible body with high endurance.
When I travel, I workout everyday. Each morning starts with a brief intese full body workout that leaves me feeling good and energized. Nobody wants to be worn out and sore on vacation! I will get people in and out quick, so they can enjoy the day with thier family. I'm perfectly comfortable trainng in groups or private sessions.
