Irina Gaister

I have been a yoga teacher and Reiki Master for about 3 years. I have also extended my training to holistic nutrition by studying nutrition coaching with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I enjoy running and can usually be found in long distance races around the US. I lived in three different countries before the age of 20 and am fluent in Russian, Hebrew and basic Spanish. I currently live and work in NYK and host periodic workshops on breathing and nutrition as well as lead dance and yoga classes around NY.
