GOLF FITNESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In January 2008 I became a Level II Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and studied under Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips the founders of TPI. Since then I have worked with numerous Golf Professionals / Instructors in the Bucks and Montgomery County areas. My accomplishments include the development of group golf fitness classes and individual golf fitness programs for all levels of golfers. I’ve created these programs through the utilization of my Six Principles Of Golf Fitness: Flexibility, Mobility, Endurance, Stability, Strength and Power. By utilizing these principles not only have I been able to create a healthier golfer, but also I have been able to help golfers become more efficient with their swing creating less pain in their bodies. Along with developing these programs, I have also written articles on golf fitness as well as providing tips on the Beasley Reece Sports Wrap Up Show.
