Brenda Jean Moretti
Brenda is a cycle, group exercise instructor and personal trainer and in her 28+ years, she has successfully taught and trained a variety of clients. Her specialty is working with women who grapple with body image and struggle with food issues. Brenda?s own 15-year struggle with bulimia uniquely qualifies her to empathize with the fitness struggles many women face today. Brenda?s teaching and training methods have helped many women to become more svelte and in control over their fitness lives. Her goal, through personal training, is to empower her students and clients from the inside out while helping them to achieve their most favorable body. Brenda is a true teacher at heart, as she is also schoolteacher helping to shape children?s minds.

Over 28 years of fitness experience with 15 of those years training in San Diego, CA. Brenda?s fitness experience is vast as she is qualified to teach: step, Spinning, Bosu, kick boxing, strip tease, boot camp, body sculpting, slide, PiYo, cardio dance and water aerobics. She holds certifications from AFAA (group exercise and personal trainer), Spinning, Turbo Kick (Gold), PiYo (Gold), Body Pump and Resist-A-Ball. Some of Brenda?s accomplishments include: 1994 San Diego Super Shape-Up Presenter, 1996 Aerobic Competitor, International/National Presenter, former member of the San Diego Reebok Performance Team, Aerobic Judge for Mega Aerobics in Tecate. Mexico, Rancho La Puerta guest instructor, Tecate, Mexico and AFAA examiner. Brenda also has been featured in ACE ?fitness matters? magazine, ?IDEA Today? magazine, San Diego KNSD Channel 8 News, Fox Channel 6, ?Fresh Point? and the Narragansett Times. She also holds a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do.Â
