I have been a runner and into fitness for over 25 years.  I trained runners for over 10 years for the Chicago Marathon, having run 3 myself.  I have been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast for over 25 years as well.  I have been  attending fitnesses including Body Pump, Group Power, Zumba, yoga, pilates, crossfit and Dailey Method. Last year, I had gotten spinning certified and been teaching at two different clubs.  I love it!!  I enjoy putting together the music and coming up with different classes.  I feel members enjoy my class as I am optimistic and encouraging while providing a challenging class.
