Krystal Kitsul

Hi there,

My name is Krystal Kitsul. A born and raised Calgarian. I am 40 years old and passionate about my fitness career. I've always been active and a leader. I was a monkey on the playground as a child. I played many sports and danced in school. I was then granted a dance scholarship at age 14 and competitively danced for 2 years, receiving many medals, developing great skills and meeting many friends. Dancing helped me find my passion for fitness. 

I graduated high school at 17 and took a year off before going to SAIT to study business. I majored in accounting and realized I could not stay still in my career. I have so much more to give to the world and a lot of energy to deliver! After graduating SAIT I waitressed for many years, enjoying the interpersonal and service aspect of the industry. I am a people person. I love helping and communicating with people. Though I enjoyed serving, it wasn't a career so off to Australia I went to find my calling. There I discovered the Australian Institute of Fitness. I enrolled and graduated with flying colours! I had finally found what I was born to do!

When I returned to Canada in 2008, I worked at Golds gym for two years then ventured off on my own to start my own business, Vital Health and Fitness, as a personal trainer and nutrition coach out of Anytime Fitness in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Many years later and after Covid my home is Grande Prairie, Alberta. I’m contracting out of Eastlink Recreation Centre. I love my workplace and clients but am always looking for a new adventure and I LOVE to travel. I know I am the perfect candidate for Fit Bodies Inc.
