I am a high spirited individual that loves Singing, dance, and fitness. Three years ago I gained over 40lbs and I decided something had to be done. A friend of mine introduced me to Zumba and I've been in love ever since.  As an instructor I believe you have to exude Fitness and have that I Can Attitude. Well I take pride in my body and I set goals of inspiring everyone that walks through my door! I let my class know that we are here to work hard and have fun.  I make sure that you will break a sweat! My classes are filled with class participation and as I like to say “It’s Zumba Music Video Style".

I recently took a trip to Jamaica and took a fitness class at the resort. I then knew that I would love to be a part of your Organization and teach a message of totally setting your Spirit free through dance and fitness.  I am also an Independent Distributor for It Works Global. This company offers all Natural Solutions for Weight Loss and Overall health. I have a passion for helping others to achieve their bodily goals and this platform would allow me to pay it Forward.
