My name is Adriana Bengoechea and I have been invloved in personal training and the fitness industry for over 30 years now.
I first became interested and involved in fitness at the age of 7. During my childhood, I participated in numersous sports including swimming, tennis, hockey, and soccer.
At the age of 16, I began teaching aerobics classes in Argentina at local gyms after school. During my adolescent years, I continued teaching as well as studying health and fitness issues to further broaden my expertise in this field.
At the age of 31, moved to the United States and settled in Santa Monica, Ca. Although I had been teaching for many years in Argentina, this is when I actually received my first ""official"" certification through A.F.A.A.
Over the years, I have continued my studies in the fitness industry and added numerous other certifications to my resume including N.C.C.P.T. and Johnny G Spinning Certification. Over the years, my clients have ranged from high school athletes, to senior citizens, to those with disabilities, to pregnant mothers, and of course, those individuals interested in basic, overall good health.
The fact that I am fluent in three languages including Spanish, English, and Italian, has also helped me assist those who are sometimes held back due to language barriers.
