I am energetic and self-motatvated fitness enthusaist whose profession is helping people live better lives.

I have a Bachelors of Enginering degree from Stevens Insitute of Technology.

I am on the Board of Directors of the National Qigong Association and am chairman of their Outreach Committee and Vice-Chair of their Research & Education Committee.

I have given seminars, workshops and classes in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Japan, China and Canada, as well as, coast to coast in the USA.
