For many years, I was a die-hard runner.  As time went on, I realized that I love to try all different types of fitness activities.  I became a Spinning instructor to be better at cross training and fulfill my personal goal of being a group fitness instructor.  About 8 years ago, I completed my 200 hour Yoga certification and have found another way to fulfill my fitness goals!  I enjoy teaching yoga to bodies of all shapes and sizes.  I currently teach vinyasa flow and Strong (yoga with weights) on a weekly basis.
