Tracy Miksell

I am a full-time psychotherapist, and a part-time cycling instructor.  I like to ride my bike outside,

and Iowa has great trails.  I participated in the ride across Iowa called Ragbrai this year. 

I enjoy teaching my classes and love motivating members to push themselves while having fun.  I am married and have one son who is 10 years old.  I spend time with him boating and fishing.
