During my four years at Bishop's University, while getting my bachelor of Business Administration and Fine Arts, I was instructing the Men's National Lacrosse Team bi weekly as a part of thier fitness regiment. The men's team had over 40 members, and classes endured 90 minutes. During this time, I was also instructing a class open to the community and members of the university twice a week.
After graduating in 2012, I cycled from Vancouver, Canada to Mexico. After my travels, I moved to Honesdale Pennsylvania where I persued my studies in Tantra and Hatha Yoga. I spent from September 2012-June 2013 learning ayurveda, meditation, pranayama and asana. I took workshops on a weekly basis from teachers like Rod Stryker, Sandy Anderson, Rolf Sovik, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait & Sarah Goddard. I also completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute aswell.
I currently teach at 108 Yoga, and am looking forward to takng the first module of my ayurvedic specialist training in March 2014.
