I am an extremely enthusiastic fitness person. I used to teach aerobics awhile ago. Now, I just do a lot...I run, bike, do stairs, brisk walk, yoga and some swimming. As I close in on retirement, I am planning for something to keep me occupied and fit when I transition. I am looking for guidance from someone like you. I can get certified in a lot ofdifferent things so I am asking for guidance, where would some one my age, best be suited? What would I best get certified in? I have some ideas for fitness vacations, but I am looking to see what is out there. Any advice you can give me would be awesome. Thanks in advanc.
