As a Professional Figure/Bodybuilder, Certified Personal Trainer, Zumba Instructor and Fitness model I am use to pushing my body to even greater physical standards. All the while having a fun exciting time! As I go through challenges, I know that my mind, body and soul continue to keep me strong and healthy.

As a competitive/ coach I have turned bikini into figure champions, moved amateur up in class and novice into Pro’s. As a judge at many competi-tions and my own personal experience as a professional competitor I know what the judges are looking for. All the while remembering to have fun and embrace every moment of my professional journey.
