FLISSA MANNELLA

Flissa Mannella has been practicing yoga most of her life. A 200 hour certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher graduated from Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado.   Continuing into her level 2 Kundalini Teacher Training- completed 2 out of 5 modules so far.  Flissa graduated from the Cloud Nine Hatha Yoga School. She has both a 200 ERYT and a 500 ERYT level certification in Hatha Yoga. 

 Flissa obtained her certification in both Body and Dance Conditioning and Advances in Pilates Technique at the Long Beach Dance Conditioning Studio and Movement Academy. Majoring in Physical Education and coming from a Nursing background, health and healing are an essential foundation promoting a quality of life towards the better welfare of each individual. 

In Dec 2009-Jan 2010 I made the journey to India meeting B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune and T.K.V. Desikachar in Chennai.  I stayed at both Satya Sai Baba and Swami Suddhananda’s ashrams in Bangalore and Tiruvannamalai, respectively.  These experiences expanded my yogic knowledge and beliefs beyond all of my trainings put together!  Meeting a true Swami is amazing!

Flissa Mannella is a Yoga Ambassador for Yoga Vibes and teaching yoga all over the South Bay, including but not short of; Spectrum Club in Redondo Beach, LA Fitness in Torrance, Cheers Body and Mind in Lomita, Palos Verdes Yoga in Palos Verdes, The Guru's Gate in Manhattan Beach and LYFE Yoga Center in Hermosa Beach. Flissa also studied both Raja Yoga and the Bhagavad-Gita for 6 months each at the Ananda Center in Torrance, California.
