Lisa Anderson

My name is Lisa Anderson and I live in Anderson, SC. I have been teaching and training in Anderson since we moved to Anderson 13 years ago. We moved from Augusta,GA where I taught elementary school there for eleven years. I have an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have my Master's  degree in Library and Information Science. Exercise has always been an important part of my life so when we moved, I began pursuing my training in Yoga and Pilates. 

 I have been married for 27 years and have 3 fantastic kids!

A friend of mine has taught aerobics for a resort in Jamaica in the past.I was intriqued! I am now in a place in my life where I would like to try and do the same. My passion is Yoga, so that is what I would love to teach!
