Raised in Alaska, but living in south Florida. Working as a yoga teacher and an artist. I have been practicing yoga for many years. As an avid runner, I took up yoga to become more flexible. I quickly found out that yoga helps mentally as well. I discovered first hand how yoga can ease depression and anxiety. I received my 200 hour certification in April 2013, and have been teaching since.
I strongly believe that yoga is beneficial for every single human. The connection you develop with yourself is uplifting. Practicing yoga is great for your body and mind. There are plenty of studies out there to tell you the benefits. I’d like to show you the benefits. EVERYONE can do yoga.
