I have been an instructor for 8 years. I specialize in teaching strength classes that utilize Pilates and Yoga. I am currently teaching independent companies on their lunch breaks. I have also taught at Grand Lido Negril, Grand Lido Braco and San Succi resorts over the past 4 years.
