I have worked as a certified Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor at Crossings Fitness Center teaching a wide variety of classes for 10 years. I have taught Pilates, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning for Women, Senior Fitness, Body Pump, Endurance Training and HIIT classes. I encourage and guide individuals to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit in their everyday lives. My classes are fun and motivating and designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. I am able to teach with a variety of equipment or simply use body weight to increase strength, flexibility and endurance.

My specialty is Pilates and Interval type classes that move through a variety of exercises, however I have also taught Senior Fitness  which combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. I include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. My range for teaching fitness classes is quite broad and I am able to keep my participants engaged while encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals.
