Holly Manigan

Whether hiking or skiing, swimming or surfing, Holly is always on the move. Having spent her whole life seeking adventure and new places to explore, it was only natural that Holly found herself wanting to share this passion with those around her. In 2008, she became a NASM certified Personal Trainer and a certified Group Exercise Instructor. Drawing on her background in Behavioral Neuroscience, Holly began to promote an enthusiasm for both adventure and movement as well as physical and emotional wellness, wholesome nutrition and self-awareness. Then, in 2009, Holly wandered into a yoga class as a way to relieve tight hamstrings. Having just completed the Boston Marathon for the first time, she was exhausted and sore. A few deep breathes later, Holly was surprised to find herself crying through the practice. She knew she had discovered something worth investigating. In 2012, after three years of sweat and laughter alongside her fellow yogis, she made the decision to deepen her practice by joining a 200-hour RYT training with Ame Wren and Lynne Begier at Back Bay Yoga in Boston, MA. Inspired to provide others the opportunity to find their own serenity, Holly left behind the medical industry and committed herself to providing a safe venue for her students to discover the balance and harmony that arises from a dedicated yoga practice. Holly is humbled by the joy her students bring to her life and welcomes you to the journey that lies ahead.
