After completing my BS in Applied Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003, I began to explore the field of wellness, fitness, and alternative healthcare.  In 2006, I graduated from Atlanta School of Massage, and started teaching there the following week.  I have continued to build my own massage practice over the past 7 years, and am passionate about continuously learning and integrating new techniques into my bodywork.

In 2011, I obtained my personal training certification (American College of Sports Medicine) in an attempt to learn more about the human body and round out my massage practice by being able to strenghten and balance the necessary muscles of the body.  While I am not extremely active in my personal training practice, I incorportate these concepts into other modalities that I practice.

Then in 2012, I decided to obtain my yoga instructor certification.  I had been practicing yoga for 7-8 years, and felt drawn to deepen my practice and lead others to achieve the benefits I had noticed from my own personal journey with yoga.  I have been honored to not only teach yoga classes, but also to train new yoga instructors at the studio from which I obtained my teaching certification.

I believe that fitness and wellness are multi-factoral, and I have much to offer my clients and students.  I approach my work with a light-hearted (and often humorous) nature, but remained balanced with a solid foundation and passion to push others toward their fitness and health goals.
