I became interested in fitness and a healthy lifestyle because my own body was falling apart and failing me. Recovery by diet and exercise instead of drugs has made me into an example for others.  I want to share this gift of good health with others.  I hold personal training sessions for all ages to help individuals reach all sorts of goals, be it weightloss, gain flexibility and strength, or lower their medications.  I am a "people person" so one of my favorite things in life is to motivate a room full of people to a better lifestyle with fitness! Everyone wants to feel great and look great, but not everyone wants to exercise- that's where I come in.
