I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have offered my clients concierge fitness training since 2005. In addition to personal training, I teach many group fitness formats: Boot Camp, TRX, HIIT, Tabata, Cycle, Circuit Training, Small Group Training, Cardio Kickboxing, as well as Senior Balance & Mobility. I have completed numerous marathons, ½ marathons, 5 & 10 k’s, obstacle mud races, Olympic and Sprint triathlons, and my longest distance to date: a ½ Ironman triathlon. I love to combine racing with philanthropy; raising over $6k for The Challenged Athletes Foundation, $3500 for AIDS Project Los Angeles, and fundraising for many other local races. I spent two years as a member of the sponsored athletic team: Team Odwalla, and one year on Team SunRype. I have an awesome husband, two crazy boys, and sing lead vocals in an 80's cover band!
