Exercising can enhance not only one's physical strength and cardiovascular conditioning, but also positively affect mood, self-image, confidence and determination. I started instructing when I was 18 years old, primarily because I enjoyed fitness and wanted to share that enthusiasm with others. Since then I have completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and am in my second year of a four year program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Canada. I continue to teach fitness and cycling classes for the benefits of exercise but also for the wonderful interaction with the wide variety of participants in my classes. Likewise, through personal training I feel I can help my clients to achieve their health goals but also learn from their life experiences and connect with them on a personal level. It is my pleasure to be able to share my love for health and fitness internationally!
