Lauren Donelson

I am currently an English teacher living in South Korea. I am a cerified yoga teacher with over a year of teaching experience. I was ceritifed at Yoga Vida in New York City. After becoming a certified yoga teacher, I did a 100 hour continuing study mentorship with Cat Acquaviva at Yoga Vida. I was then hired to teach at Yoga Vida, and I also taught at Hosh Yoga while living in New York. As an English teacher in South Korea, I have developed a community class for English speaking exapts that I hold at a gym. My passion is teaching yoga, and I plan to continue teaching after leaving Korea in February.
