Jonathan Allen LMT graduated from the Center of Natural Wellness in 2009 in Albany, NY. He is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.

He provides professional therapeutic massage that honors the body, mind, and heart of each client. He believes in customizing each session to the client’s needs. By combining his skills in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Medical massage, Energy work and his intuitive touch, he works to bring about therapeutic change. He feels that having an intuitive touch, passion, excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude and a caring and professional demeanor are the most important traits for any great massage therapist.
