My name is Lindsey Vynckier, I am a fitness enthusiast. I am an Occupational therapist by proffession, but I have a passion for Zumba. I am currently trained in Zumba B1 and B2, looking forward to be trained in Zumba kids and Zumba kids jr in the upcoming year. I am also Can fit pro fitness instructor trained, I am just waiting to take my exam, but I also enjoy teaching something I like to call guts and butts- focusing on the core.
