Shereece Fleming-Freeman

My name is Shereece Fleming-Freeman and I have been a lifelong fitness enthausist.  A retiired police commander i have now dedicated my life to health and beauty indusrty.  I have been a certified spinning instructor for over a year and I am currently seeking my certifications in yoga and Aqua fit.  I teach several classes a week and in adtiotion to meeting with my personal traineer to build my personal fitness level.  Aditionally I am a professional makeup artist in the South Florida area where I continue to build my client list.  I am Divoreced and have one son who attends college in Michigan.  Edcuationally I ve a Masters in technology, certified by Mad Dog for spinning.   I am very enthusiastic and passionate about helping people to obtain their fitness goals, focusing on making you sweat, yet leaving my class feeling invigorated!
