Lauren Huefner

Lauren Huefner began practicing yoga in 2007. She was fortunate to find a knowledgeable and inspiring teacher, and knew right away that she'd eventually want to become a yoga teacher. Lauren studied a variety of yoga styles under many teachers, learning as much as she could until the time was right to begin yoga teacher training in June 2012. She finished her yoga teacher training in November 2012, and has been teaching ever since. 

Lauren's strenght as a yoga teacher lies in her ability to tailor her classes to students of all ages, body type, and experience. She enjoys leading brand new yogis through the beginning of their yoga journeys as well as helping seasoned yogis find a greater depth in their practices. 

Lauren is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200, with emphasis on Hatha Yoga.
