I am a funky fresh, high energy dance fitness instructor, certified in U-Jam fitness (cert 2013) and Bolly-X (cert 2015). I enjoy teaching everyday and anywhere including the resorts in the Carribean.
I help keep my movements funky and strong through Crossfit's functional movement training since 2009. I also have Crossfit L1 (cert 2016).
