Ryan Miller is a USPTA certified tennis professional currently working as the Head Pro of the Jasper Tennis Club in Jasper, IN.  In Jasper, Miller oversees a  base of nearly 300 junior players and 40 adults, offering both private and group instruction, as well as cardio tennis.   The Jasper high school tennis program is a perennial state contender in Indiana, and Miller is largely involved in the development of the players contributing to those teams.

Before Miller took the position in Jasper, he was a staple in the Bloomington, IN tennis community.   Miller worked five years under USPTA Master Professional Michael O'Connell at the IU Tennis Center, while developing his tennis teaching philosophies and achieving a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University.  While in Bloomington, Miller taught private/group instruction and cardio tennis, and also organized the largest 10 and Under youth team tennis program in the Midwest (Summer '11) with over 200 players and 35 coaches.

Miller was also mentored by Lin Loring, the all-time winningest coach in NCAA women's tennis, with nearly 800 victories.  Miller spent fives years in Loring's program, first as a student manager, then a volunteer assistant coach.  Many of Miller's teaching philosphies are derived from the years spent learning from Loring and O'Connell.

Miller enjoys teaching tennis to all ages and ability levels, and is eager to help those who are excited to improve their tennis game.
