Cleo, a native of Nova Scotia, Canada became a massage therapist in
|
|
|
the Fall of 2012 after completing a 2200 hour course from the
|
|
|
Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Canada. Cleo
|
|
|
has a bachelor's degree in recreation and sport management with a
|
|
|
minor in international business from the University of New
|
|
|
Brunswick.
|
|
|
While studying at UNB Cleo played varsity soccer for four years
|
|
|
obtaining Academic All Canadian status for two of those years. As an athlete herself, Cleo is well
|
|
|
aware of sports injuries and the wear and tear of athletics on the body. She chose massage
|
|
|
therapy as a career to focus on therapeutic rehabilitation for sports and other chronic injuries. In
|
|
|
addition, Cleo has completed her Trimester's course to specialize in pregnancy massage.

|
|
Cleo incorporates a variety of techniques in her massage within the context of relaxation massage
|
|
|
while providing therapeutic benefits. These techniques include:
