Professional objective

Dedicated to sharing the Yoga tradition and lifestyle, to inspire students to find a better balance for their body and mind.

Work experience

For the three last years I have been given weekly yoga classes for adults on different levels and with varying experience. Competencies: asana, pranayama, meditation, personalized practice. Styles which I am teaching are: Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga.

– Besides regular Yoga classes experience withteaching Yoga in psychiatric settings

Own practice

Over ten years of experience practicing yoga. Besides the Yoga Teacher Trainings

practiced Vipassana meditation and followed a number of workshops with various renown Yoga teachers, among others Katchie Ananda, David Lurey, Paul Grilley, Ana Forrest and Clive Sheridan.
