I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 11 years as a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. As a personal trainer, I specialize in corrective exercise. I have experience working with all fitness levels and ages. As a Group Fitness Instructor, I have experience teaching water aerobics, boot camp, cycling, strength & conditioning, and Insanity classes.
In my spare time, I train to run marathons, swim, travel & love to be outdoors.
