After several years of working as an executive assistant and PR manager and over 40 plus years of life, I finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up. I was diagnosed with mulitple sclerosis in 2006 at the age of 34. I tried several things to mange the symptoms. It wasn't until I started working out with a trainer in May 2009 that I found something that worked. I haven't had a flare up since. No medication. Just working out and keeping a healthy diet. It changed my life. I became certified to teach spin in December 2012 after being laid off from my PR job. Talk about a blessing in disguise. I caught the intsructor bug and am now almost through with the ACE Group Fitness Certification.
I want to inspire others to make the same commitment I did and live healthy. The sacrifices are worth it.
