AFAA Group Exercise Fitness
I take three Zumba, four Zumba toning, two high intensity interval training/RIPPED, one Piloxing, two abs classes, one AquaFit and one bootcamp at week at a range of gyms and outdoor venues.
I am an 'athlete' at heart, with an ability to take the client to new places and challenges, whilst making them feel successful. I specialise in sculpting and toning and weights.
