I found my vocation as Yoga Teacher in 2003, after 6 years of practices when I began to teach basic lessons of Hatha and Raja Yoga to my friends. Since then I’ve been a constant student of yoga and the human development and I’ve sharing my learning with every person who ask for it. That’s why my personal teaching style brings a personal approach for each individual and their own personal goals. In that way, every yoga project where I teach or contribute with, is designed uniquely and according to the needs of the students. Each individual is different and the experience will be according their our perceptions and awareness level. The idea is to observe peoples energies and personalities to present them Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama in a Approachable way and with a new perspective of reaching their health goals for body and mind.

After I studied different disciplines of Yoga, I learned to link this techniques and incorporate in every class, elements from Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Qi Gong, Healing Energy trough Reiki, Deeksha Healing, Pranayama and Visualization techniques, with the intention of give in every class, an holistic experience for each student, helping them to reach a healthier life in their different dimensions of their existence.
I teach Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, therapeutic Yoga And Meditation to different batches and necessities. The idea is to create lessons and yoga practices with a very deep therapeutic approach that I named “Yoga for the back care” However the therapeutic approach is mostly psychological, given that every ailment in the body starts in a subtle matter, as mind or emotions, this kind of classes becomes transformative for the practitioner, because they learn how to incorporate the Yamas and Niyamas to their daily life
I am registered Yoga Teacher at Yoga Alliance since 2013, and have qualification as Yoga Alliance Continuing Educator Provider (YACEP), with more than 5000 teaching hours and more than 1000 hours of learning.
