Being a fan of yoga since 2006, it was after a personal tragedy that I sought to embark on the journey to become a yoga instructor. Initially my intention was to deepen my practice and calm the turbulent feelings of dealing with the loss of my father. But what I walked away with was so much more.
My power vinyasa flow classes can be uplifting, fun, challenging and energetic. But I strongly believe in balance, and counter this style with allowing the practitioners the space to look within themselves. To find their personal journey and to embrace life in the present moment.
I can assure you, as the practitioner that you will find and appreciate one thing from every class. To be open to explore and to just be yourself on your mat experiencing what is in yourself.
