Thierry Werderits

Starting early 70's with Club Med.I have been in the recreation /fitness learning to thru the years expanding my knowledge and also helping develop programs. My life experiences and working in the outdoor industries for all these years, I feel has given me the gift of relating with people for all sorts of life.

My learning as not stop and also involving myself in new actives such as Mountain running and ski mountaineer racing.

For the last 5 years I've been a spin cycling coach and just became a TRX group instructor, truly enjoying the challenge to inspire my students.
