Cornell Walker

Cornell Walker is a certified personal trainer with 30 years of experience.  Mr. Walker has been featured in Men’s Health Magazine, and competed in national and regional bodybuilding competitions.  He presently sits on the Mayor of Chicago’s Fitness Committee, and participates in civic organizations that promote fitness and active lifestyles for children.   He has trained athletes and individuals that have an interest in weight loss and maintenance. Mr. Walker believes that through good nutritional habits, working out and weight training one can have an optimal healthy life. He also believes that if you are physically fit you are less prone to have stress related illnesses, high blood pressure and cholesterol problems. To support his beliefs he has hosted special camps, lectured, and written about living healthy. He attributes his serious focus on fitness and healthy living to having been a Chicago Fireman for 23 years and being able to see the positive transformations of his clients.
