Lisa is an AFAA Certified Aerobics Instructor and a Johnny G certified Spinning Instructor. She has been teaching for 17 years. She has training in a wide variety of fitness/group exercise programs including step, hi-low, anaerobics, spinning, Interval, Urban Rebounder, Kickboxing, muscle conditiong glide, Slide, Sports Conditioning, Ball Conditioning and more. Though she teaches many formats of class, she is well known for her sports coaching style and intense Interval class, both on the bike and on the step. Currently she teaches at three clubs in the Cleveland, Ohio USA area and is continually training in new trends and formats in group exercise.
