My passion and joy is health. I enjoy assisting individuals in meeting or exceeding their optimal health goals through fitness, massage therapy, and general health practices. I find it very rewarding to be able to encourage and guide individuals in meeting and obtaining health goals. When I went to nursing school, I wanted to do travel nursing. The opportunity to travel as a fitness instructor is an amazing!
I lead yoga classes 3-5 days per week. It is usually an ashtanga/vinyasa blend for all levels. I lead water aerobic classes 2-3 days per week. These classes are for all levels too.
In all, I usually do 10-15 classes each week including cycling classes and yogalates.
