I am a water aerobics instructor eager to inspire others to a healthy and happy lifestyle, which includes exercise, healthy nutrition, plenty of sleep, and good relationships. My classes are designed to be fun and challenging. Class participants engage in a positive (sometimes even hilarious) dialogue on their fitness and lifestyle challenges and real-world solutions. The workouts are no-impact and focus on the cardiovascular and strength-building benefits of aqua exercise. The constant resistance of the water helps to build muscle and burn fat, quickly. The diversity of the group ensures that each class is unique and never boring.
