I am a fitness enthusiast who thrives on helping my clients reach their goals, and have a great time doing so. I am a Canadian citizen, though I just recently moved home from living and working in South Africa for the ast 3 years as both a Personal trainer and volunteer teacher. I have an athletic background in gymnastics and tae kwon do, and am always looking to try new things. I live a very healthy and active lifestyle an dlove to travel.
